  • Web Design & Development

  • Branding & Creative Services

  • Consulting and Strategy

Details of each service, pricing, and timelines are discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and project requirements.

  • Cooperate in a timely manner by providing approvals, content, access credentials, and other necessary materials.

  • Make payments as agreed in the invoice or contract.

  • Avoid any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Work begins only after receiving full or partial payment as agreed.

  • We do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and marketing assets created by Digital Pacific remain the property of Digital Pacific until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients must not resell, reuse, or modify our content without written permission if ownership has not been transferred.

6. Confidentialiy

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, trade secrets, and client data. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Pacific shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram) or algorithm changes.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver our services (e.g., analytics tools, ad networks). We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy decisions made by these third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse, misuse, or unprofessional conduct

Clients may also terminate the contract in writing, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or outstanding dues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
