We believe in transparent and fair business practices. Our services are highly customized and tailored to each client’s unique needs, so our refund policy takes into account the effort, time, and resources already invested.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and in certain cases, we offer partial refunds based on the amount of work completed. However, there are certain exceptions outlined below.

Refunds will be based on:

  • Work already completed: A partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Unused services or deliverables: If services are prepaid but have not been delivered, those fees will be refunded.

  • Ad budget: Amounts spent on the advertising budget (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are non-refundable as they are directly paid to the platforms and are outside of our control.

3. No Guarantee of Leads

While we aim to drive relevant leads to your business, we cannot guarantee specific lead conversions. Factors such as market conditions, offers, competitive pricing, and customer behavior can influence the outcome. We focus on ensuring the quality of leads, but actual conversion rates are not within our control.

4. Work Completed and Refund Calculation

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days worked by our team, the work already delivered, and any unused services. Here’s how it works:

  • For projects billed on a retainer or hourly basis: If you choose to cancel the project, the refund will be prorated based on the time and effort already spent on the project.

  • For campaigns or specific project-based work: If services are terminated early, we will calculate the refund based on the work that has already been completed (e.g., campaign setup, content creation, reporting). The refund will be for the remaining balance, minus any non-refundable ad budget.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Ad spend: Any amount allocated to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is directly paid to these platforms and cannot be refunded.

  • Setup fees or one-time charges: Fees for campaign setup, website development, or other one-time services are considered earned once work has begun.

  • Discounted or promotional services: If you received a discount or promotional rate, the amount refunded will be calculated based on the full, non-discounted rate.

6. Client Responsibilities

Before making a payment, it is your responsibility to:

  • Read and understand our service offerings and agree to the scope of work.

  • Clarify expectations and ask any questions before the project starts.

  • Provide timely approvals and necessary inputs to ensure the smooth execution of your campaigns.

7. Exceptions (If Any)

In rare cases, we may choose to offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. These circumstances may include:

  • Duplicate payments: If a payment is accidentally processed more than once.

  • Erroneous transactions: For example, if technical issues result in an incorrect charge.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 5-6 business days to the original payment method.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage all clients to reach out to us directly in case of any concerns or dissatisfaction. If you feel a chargeback is necessary, please contact us before initiating it. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension of services and, in some cases, legal action.
