Due to the nature of digital marketing and custom services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, results, or perceived value.

  3. Project-based pricing

  4. Consultation or strategy sessions

3. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Our services involve time, expertise, and strategic effort tailored specifically for your business. Once a project is initiated:

  • Resources and man-hours are allocated

  • Campaigns or assets may be deployed

  • Work may begin immediately or within agreed timelines

As such, refunds are not feasible, even if you choose to cancel early or are unsatisfied with interim results.

Before making a payment, it is your responsibility to:

Upon completion of review, the refund will be credited within 5-6 days to the original source of payment method.
